Melissa West (mwest) is a choreographer + curator whose work investigates the body’s relationship to spatial and sonic environments. This includes works for stage and film, as well as alternative landscapes and underutilized public spaces. West has curated a roster of artists ranging in disciplines from dance to the visual arts and is the Vice President of Curation for Snug Harbor Cultural Center/Newhouse Center for Contemporary Art.
